Tyler Peters
Being a University of Florida graduate, Tyler has extensive experience in the Gainesville housing market, specifically in the areas near UF campus. As the Sales Team Leader, Tyler specializes in helping customers with all steps of the buying and selling process. His experience and knowledge help ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for the customer. Tyler is extremely client-focused and strives to provide a low pressure, fun, and informative buying or selling experience.
Tyler arrived in Gainesville in 2009 to attend the University of Florida. A native of Miami, Tyler appreciates the quieter pace Gainesville offers and he sees it as “a perfect mixture between a friendly small town and a prosperous mid-size city”. He also recognizes it as the intellectual hub of North & Central Florida. All of these factors in addition to a lower cost of living make it a desirable destination for students, emerging professionals, retirees, and young families.
His free-time is spent playing board games with friends, spinning, practicing Yoga & meditation, traveling, volunteering, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and dog.
