Alejandra Alza
Ale was born and raised in Trujillo, Peru. She moved to Gainesville when she was a teenager, and it didn’t take long for her to fall in love with this city. She considers Gainesville to be the ideal city for students, families, young professionals, or anyone looking to create a great community.
She worked as an insurance sales & service agent for two years and was a leasing agent before transitioning to University Realty as a Realtor. Ale is an important member of University Realty's sales team and specializes in showing properties to customers looking to purchase. As a Realtor, she enjoys interacting with buyers and sellers and playing a role in their home buying/selling process. She feels very privileged to play a role in her customers’ home-buying process and get to know them during their journey. She considers Gainesville her second home and loves sharing with her customers why this city has so much potential for anyone looking to settle down in the long term.
One of the most valuable lessons she has learned in her career as a realtor and working with customers, in general, is the importance of genuinely caring about your customers and looking out for their best interests. As a Realtor, there’s always something new to learn every day, but knowledge and expertise don’t get you very far without authentic and genuine care for your customers.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, jogging, hitting the gym, and exploring new restaurants in the city. She also prioritizes dedicating her time to her faith by learning from books and serving her community. She aspires to be a lifelong learner in all the relevant areas of her life.
