Grantwood

Grantwood is a gated condo community on SW 35th Place. Condos in the newest phase built in 2007 are among the newest and most spacious near UF and Shands. In contrast, phase 1 was constructed in 1983. The community itself is less than 4 miles from the University of Florida and several bus routes pass it that can take residents to UF, Shands, Butler Plaza, and the 34th Street Post Office. The newest phase condos are 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhomes. Condos have high ceilings and two large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a double walk-in closet. New condos have covered porches and the kitchens feature real wood cabinetry with quartz countertops. Phase 1 units are 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhomes a little under 1,000 square feet. The community has a pool with cabana and racquetball courts.
